We deeply value your time, your trust, and your spiritual growth. In the same spirit, we also ask that you respect the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every offering. Our work together involves intuitive energy, deep psychological insight, and sacred guidance—all of which are not easily quantifiable or returnable once shared.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without prior communication are considered complete, as time was held specifically for you.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. In rare and genuine cases (medical emergencies, bereavement, etc.), we may offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling at our discretion. We reserve the right to request documentation or explanation to honor such a request. This is to protect both your sacred space and ours.
All registrations for workshops, online courses, webinars, and group coaching programs are also non-refundable. These offerings require advance preparation, limited seats, and specific energetic planning. Once registered, your spot is reserved, and materials may be customized for your journey.
If you are unable to attend, depending on the program, we may offer:
Access to recorded content (if available)
A credit toward a future workshop or event (case-specific)
Please reach out in advance to explore available options. No-shows without communication will result in forfeiture of the session or course credit.

If you want to cancel your session by chance then it can be transfred to the next time you want to take it.
A person on your behalf can take it, but that will only happen if you give us a notice of 24 to 48 hours prior notice. This will be on that basis otherwise your session will be completely cancelled and will not be rescheduled again.
You can only reschedule the session once by any chance if you are busy and the rescheduling can happen 3 to 4 hours prior notice.
