Cancellation Policy

 

At Astro Psyc Tales, each session is crafted with deep intention, preparation, and energetic alignment. As time and energy are sacred in this work, we request that you honor the time reserved for you with mindfulness and respect.

 

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling to a later available date, subject to calendar availability.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be considered final and non-refundable. No rescheduling will be offered in these cases.

• You may cancel or request rescheduling by emailing us at [your email address] or using the contact form on the website.

 

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, out of respect for other clients.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

• In rare and unavoidable cases (e.g., emergencies or technical difficulties), Astro Psyc Tales reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session.

• In such cases, you will be given the option to reschedule your session or receive a full refund.
